Rye Restaurants General Manager / Assistant General Managers

Rye Restaurants is currently seeking General Managers and AGMs. If you are an AGM looking to make the next step, this is a great position for you.

The right person puts people first, is organized, hard working, and has excellent communication skills. You must have at least 2 years experience with FOH Management. You must have broad beverage knowledge including wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails. We are looking for someone who is a strong, and experienced leader.

The FOH Manager is responsible for the following

- Managing your FOH team along with Chefs and Pastry Chefs.

- Attending weekly FOH manager meetings

- Participate in the FOH Hiring Process - interviews, stages, hiring, and assist with execution of training program

- You will have input in the beverage program including curating the program, seasonal changes, and continued staff education, inventory, and placing orders

- Maintaining health inspection standards and doing daily walk thrus

- Maintaining a high level of communication with the management team at store level along with upper level management

- Must have ability to set deadline, and follow through on completion

- Maintaining all R&M issues, and reaching out when necessary

- Taking care of our staff
